Yoga Plus Class Descriptions
Zumba:
$45 for 6 week session Mondays 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Zumba, burn lots of calories while dancing to latin music, a great way to tone, burn fat and loose inches all while having lots of fun!!!!
YogaBack:
$60 ($50 YogaPlus members) 4 week session Tuesday 4-5pm or Saturday 9:45 to 10:45am
This 4 week shop, taught by Dr. Danielle Halon, is designed for people who suffer with chronic back pain due to various conditions; for example, disc herniations, scoliosis, sciatica, post trauma, stenosis and arthritis.
Yogaback will be targeted to stretch, strengthen and alleviate chronic back pain for people who are not sure about yoga, or are new to the practice of yoga.
Body Blast:
A complete total workout which changes every week. A workout based on strength/cardio exercises that are completed one right after the other. The workout is finished with a focus on core conditioning and cooling down.
