GPT (Group Personal Training) is a certified personal trainer led program designed to coach participants through a range of efficient and intense workouts, including resistance training, cardio intervals, bootcamp training and mind-body formats, such as Pilates and Pilates/Yoga. Learn to effectively use a variety of training tools including the BOSU ball, stability ball, dumbbells, and bands to build muscle and flexibility, increase metabolism and burn fat to maximize results. Get the results of working with a personal trainer without the high PRICE. Class sizes are limited to 6 people.
