Dr. Danielle Hanlon
CHIROPRACTIC PHYSICIAN & YOGA INSTRUCTOR
Dr. Danielle Hanlon attended California State University Long Beach and Los Angeles College of Chiropractic, where she graduated summa cum laude with a Doctorate degree as a Chiropractic Physician. Dr. Hanlon has been a practicing Chiropractic Physician since 1995 and maintains a practice with her husband, Dr. Hubert Hanlon.
Dr. Hanlon teaches a 4 week YogaBack course for patients and members of the community who are new to the practice of yoga and suffer from chronic back pain as a result of disc herniation, sciatica, arthritis, scoliosis, etc.
Rachelle
FITNESS INSTRUCTOR
Rachelle has twenty years of experience as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. She holds Group Exercise and Personal Trainer certifications through National Strength and Conditioning Association, as well as BodyPump and BodyCombat certifications with Les Mills. She takes a pragmatic, science-based approach to strength training, focusing on mastering fundamental movement patterns.
Melissa
FITNESS INSTRUCTOR
My name is Melissa. I got married in June 2019 and I love teaching group exercise. I played competitive softball in college and wanted to keep in shape after. I have taught Les Mills Body Pump and HITT training classes. I love to break a sweat and feel stronger after every class. Strong is sexy!
Erica
YOGA & MEDITATION INSTRUCTOR
Erica has been practicing yoga and mindfulness for 25 years. She received her yoga teacher training through Yoga Alliance in 2006. She is currently taking courses at the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital.

FITNESS & PILATES INSTRUCTOR
My passion for health and fitness led me to become a fitness instructor over thirty years ago. I strongly believe in the necessity for an active lifestyle to promote a positive physical and emotional balance of well-being.
My experience teaching fitness throughout my life and the certifications that I have acquired through AFAA for Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Pilates, Yoga, Weight Training, Kick-Boxing, Stability Ball and numerous workshops have helped me to become an effective instructor.
My goal is to make a positive difference in the lives of others by sharing my enthusiasm, knowledge, motivating fitness classes, and genuine love of a healthy way of living.

My love of teaching has always been my drive in life. I am a newly retired Special Education Teacher of 34 years. My goal at age 50 was to become a Les Mills Bodystep instructor. Next, I got certified as a Group X instructor. I continued on to get my Pilates certification.
Candice
FITNESS INSTRUCTOR
Candice is a nationally certified fitness instructor specializing in teaching POUND Fitness, TRX Suspension Training, HIIT, and full body muscle conditioning and toning classes.
Her goal every day is to inspire others to commit to their long-term fitness goals and to focus on overall health and wellness.
