We will be hosting two pop up POUND classes led by the amazing Candice McRae. Katie had the pleasure of taking her first pound class recently and she's in love. It’s fun, it’s fast paced, and it’s like nothing you’ve ever done before.

Class Description:
All you need is water and Candice will provide the rest for a butt kicking, fun 45-minute POUND class. Be prepared for a full body workout using ripstix while rocking out to fantastic music. $10 for the class! Limited space available (15 people maximum).
